Links and files requested while using the tool are processed according to the service functionality. Snapzia does not maintain a permanent archive of content downloaded through the tool. Snapzia is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Pinterest or the content owners whose materials may be hosted on the platform.

User Responsibility

Snapzia users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to access any content they use or save through the service. Users must respect copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights belonging to content owners.

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

Processing Takedown Notices

After receiving a valid and complete notice, we will review it and take appropriate action based on the nature of the request and the information available to us.

We aim to review and respond to valid copyright notices as soon as reasonably possible, generally within 3–5 business days. Please note that submitting a notice does not automatically mean that the content has been removed or that the claim has been accepted. We may request additional information or documentation when necessary to verify the request.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed or access to it was restricted as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification should include, where applicable:

  • Identification of the content that was removed or access to which was restricted.

Repeat Infringer Policy
